RE: Lot 1R and 2R, Block 2 Park West Commerce Center
This letter is written as a supplement to the storm sewer easement currently being provided to
the City of Coppell by Park West Commerce Center, LLC. Please be advised that with the
execution of the aforementioned storm sewer easement the City of Coppell will allow
construction to take place in the easement that consist of off-site storm drainage systems as
shown on Sheet C-6.1 entitled "Plan and Profile Line ST-1 Park West Center II". This sheet
was approved by the City of Coppell on July 24, 1997 and includes the off-site construction of
a 72" RCP tied into an existing City of Coppell storm drainage system to facilitate drainage off
of Lot iR and 2R, Block 2 Park West Commerce Center.
