This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start ten days from the date of this
letter. A preconstruction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for
Tuesday, July 28, 1998 at 2:00 p.m., in the second floor conference room at Town
Center, 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab
and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative present.
