Off-Site Drainage Sheets
If the enclosures are not as noted above, please contact this office immediately.
Mr. Mike Martin, P.E., with the City of Coppell, has approved the Off-Site Drainage
plans as listed above. These 12 sets are required to be stamped "APPROVED" by
the City. These plans are sent to you for your submittal to the City. In addition to
these 12 sets, the City also requires a 4% Inspection Fee based on documented
construction costs. This submittal package is required in order for the City to
stamp them approved in order to start construction on the Off-Site Drainage.
Return one set of stamped "APPROVED" plans to the Architect listed below and
one to this office.
