Following are notes from the meeting with Mr. Howard L. Pafford
of the City of Coppell:
1. Water meters
If raised over 6", raise meter, also within 12" from top.
Completed, need backfill.
2. Fire hydrant valves
Stacks with 2" concrete may need extension -- valve stack
riser may be used. Beltline west side, south of Airline;
Beltline west side, north of Airline (6), Airline, south
side (14).
Sewer manholes
Raise to finish grade.

Irrigation
Water meters and double check valve for medians to be raised
(5).
5. Main line valves
Beltline/Airline -- 2, a~d 1 in street now. After median
construction, it will be in street (uncover now).
Airline, south side -- 2 at site, 1 construction
