Dear Orcg:
Per your request, this lctt~r shall serve as an acknowledgment that a parking variance will
be required in the event ultimate tenant requirements for thc poperty dictate higher
parking counts (per code) than currently provided. As you will recall, we initially applied
for a "blanket variance" that would allow greater office finish and reduced parking
requirements. At that time, w~ were directed to defer our request until specific tenants
were identified and whose employment, operation, etc. could be related to a variance
requirement. Accordingly, we intend to make application at the appropriate time (if

Off Site Utilities
Dear Mr. Griffen:
Per your request, this letter shall confirm that our development team is working diligently
to resolve the final location of the off-site storm sewer improvements to be installed
parallel to Beltline. Per the attached correspondence, we have contacted the new owners
of the property seeking an easement for said purposes. As you are aware, this would
prevent the destruction and/or replacement of the substantial landscape improvements
located within the current easement, and prevent the construction from conflicting with
other existing and future utilities therein.
