As we discussed, the second phase of Insignia's project will require the installation
of an off-site storm sewer line which runs along Belt Uno Road to Southwestern
Drive. This storm drain, if Iooated in the existing drainage easement will impast the
existing berm and landscaping in this area. We are requesting that Prentiss
dedicate an additional drainage easement so that this system can be construGted
with a minimum of impact to the existing berm and landscaping. Tho enclcaed plan
has been marked to show this proposed easement.
