Dear Mike:
Thank you for your review· This letter shall confirm our conversation this afternoon
concerning the Fire Marshal's comments regarding the radius of the Fire Lanes. Jim
Koch with our office spoke with the Fire Marshal, Mr. Travis Crump, this morning. Fire
Marshal Crump agreed to approve our plans as they currently are. This approval is
contingent on two issues First, any future phases will be in accordance per the Master
Plan. Second, the Fire Lanes are to be dedicated on the plat when it is filed.
You said you would need something in writing form the Fire Marshal's office stating this
agreement and his approval of our plans. By copy of this letter to the Fire Marshal, I am
requesting that he copy your department with his approval letter.
