However, a meeting lnvolvtngour Engineering Department, Parks, Water, etc. was held and all of my mentioned concerns were delegated to Prentice Properties. I was told that Prentice Properties would have to get with their landscape planners and irrigation people for removal of the sprinkler heads. There seemed to be a lack of communications somewhere along the line when work began on this project. Status 12/1/89. RE: Removal of Sprinkler Itead(s) Around Signal Equipment ~ Cowboy & Beltline. After finding the wire/conduit and pullbox damaged at Beltline-Beltline Southwester.n, I inspected the above mentioned location. I have found that Axxon pro'bed around to find my signal conduit/wires etc. No damage was found at this location. However, some of the lcoations of sprinkler heads I will not allow due to the fact they are right next to the controller cabinet and pullbox. I understand Richard Diano approved the street scape plan, but who inspects the work being done? If someone had been inspecting the ·work, the damage may not have been inflicted at Beltline-Beltline Southwestern. We need to determine who will perform inspections in the future.
