As you and Public Works staff had discussed during the meeting of December 7,
1989, you were to submit revised preliminary engineering plans, per our comments
by December 22, 1989. Please note that we have made several attempts to contact
you by telephone concerning this project.
As of this date we have not received your revised engineering plans regarding
this project, and therefore our technical comments and concerns remain the same.
It has been our intention to work with you to the best of our ability; however,
at this time the Public Works Department cannot exclude the consideration of
denial of subject preliminary plat.
We respectfully request that 2 sets of revised engineering plans reflecting our
written comments and mark-up plans be submitted to this office on or before the
actual January 2, 1990, City Council meeting, so that we can have ample time to
make our review and consideration.
