THIS LETTER IS TO ACCOMPANY THE FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL AND IS IN RESPONSE TO
REMARKS FROM THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE COPPELL PUBLIC WORKS DEPT.
THE FLOODPLAIN NOTE IS INCLUDED ON SHEET FP-1.
THE EXISTING UTILITIES ARE SHOWN ON THE UTILITY PLANS.
THE LEGENDS ARE INCLUDED ON SHEETS FP-3, FP-4, FP-5 AND FP-6.
THE DRAINAGE AREA MAPS WILL BE COMPLETED AS SOON AS I HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO
CLARIFY THE "C" AND "I" VALUES WITH THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPT.
THE 100 YEAR FLOODPLAIN LIMITS ARE INDICATED ON SHEET FP-1.
THE BRIDGE AT SOUTHWESTERN DRIVE WILL PROVIDE NECESSARY TRAFFIC LANES FOR THE
SIX LANE DIVIDED PLAN. THE BRIDGE WILL BE LOCATED TO PROVIDE THE DESIRED
FREEBOARD AND WILL COMPLY WITH ALL CITY ORDINANCES, THE CITY FIRE DEPT.
REQUIREMENTS AND THE FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE #87390.
THE FIRE HYDRANTS HAVE A MINIMUM 300 FT. SEPERATION.
THE DAILY SANITARY SEWER FLOW IS ESTIMATED AS 1.43 MGD. THE WATER DEMAND IS
ESTIMATED AS 1.44 MGD.
THE EXISTING SANITARY SEWER LINES ARE SHOWN ON THE SANITARY SEWER DRAWINGS.
THE PROPOSED SANITARy SEWER LINES ARE SHOWN ON THE SANITARY SEWER PLANS.

GIVING ACCESS TO A 20 FT. WIDE AREA FOR UTILITIES.
A MEETING IS SET FOR FEB. 14, 1990 BETWEEN MYSELF AND HOWARD PAFFORD TO
DESCUSS THE OFF-SITE SANITARY SEWER SITUATION.
