Subject plat was previously platted as Gateway Park @
Coppe11, end was approved by the City Council on January
12, 1988. As indicated on the Park West Commerce Center
plat, the applicant altered the alignment of Gateway
Boulevard. As a result, the realignment end other minor
modifications, require that the owner replat subject
property.

STAFF RESPONSE:
Final Engineering plans, as required by the City, were not sulmitted as a
part of the final plat application packet. These plans are necessary to
determine whether the plens are sufficient to he approved and stamped by
the City Engineer.
