IF THIS SCHEDULE DOES NOT MEET WITH YOUR APPROVAL - LET ME KNOW AND WE WILL CHANGE IT TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. ~-1. THE DESIGN OF THE ON-SITE WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE REVISED DURING THE REVIEW PROCESS. 2. THE STORM DRAIN DRAWINGS, (INCLUDED WITH THIS LETTER) WILL BE REVIEWED, REVISED AND RESUBMITTED AS NECESSARY DURING THE PLATTING PROCESS THE SAME AS THE WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS. THE FINAL PHASE OF THE WORK WILL BE A PERIOD OF REVIEW AND CONSULTATIONS BETWEEN THE ENGINEERS AND F.E.M A. THE GEOMETRICS WILL BE SUBMITTED, ~EVIEWED, MODIFIED, RESUBMITTED, ETC.. AFTER THE GEOMETRICS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED THE REMAINING WOR~ WILL BE COMPLETED IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER: THE UTILITY PLANS WILL BE DEVELOPED AND REVIEWED. THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED AS NECESSARY. THE CONSTRUCTION REVIEW WILL BE CARRIED OUT DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE. THIS APPROACH TO THE PLANNING OF THE IMPROVEMENTS WILL RESULT IN MUCH BETTER SYSTEMS FOR THE UTILITIES AS WELL AS PROVIDING BETTER CONSIDERATION FOR TRAFFIC DESIGN AND SAFETY. CONSTRUCTION ECONOMIES CAN BE OBTAINED WITH THIS MORE INTENSELY THOUGHT-OUT APPROACH. AT YOUR SUGGESTION, THE PROPOSED PHASING OF THE PLANNING OF THE WORK WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH THE PLANNING DIRECTOR. DONALD E.
