Dear Ms. Daneshmand;
We are presently working on the Park West Commerce Center site in
Coppell, and we need to have a water line shut down on Saturday the
fourth of May, in order to adjust the grade of an existing 12" water
line. This line is in conflict with the proposed storm drainage
system. We would like to begin work at 8:30 Saturday, and we hope to have
the line adjusted by 6:00 at the latest Saturday evening. With the blocking
setting up overnight, we then would need to have your people turn the
water back on Sunday morning.
If all the work goes better than planned, we might finish the work
by mid-day Saturday, and with the retainer glands and all thread bolts,
be able to turn the system back on Saturday night. We will keep in close
contact with your people as the day goes on.
