Attached is a copy of four sites Prentiss Properties is considering selling in the future. The sale
of each tract is dependent on the total cost to develop the infrasn'ucmre for each individual tract.
Please let me know what improvements (water, sewer, storm, paving) the City will require when
each tract is developed.
Also, will the city require improvements to Wrangler Drive on tract B ff the building fronts on
Beltline Road with no access to Wrangler. Will the city require Southwestern Drive be built if
tract D is developed with a building fronting on Freeport Parkway with no access to
Southwestern Drive.
