Replat of Park West Commerce Center - located at Beltline Road and Airline Drive.
1. Is Lot 2, Block 2 being carved out of a larger platted piece of land? If so, the entire
platted piece of land should be replatted at this time.
2. Minimum finish floor should be provided for Lot 2, Block 2.
3. The NA's should be removed from the Floodplain Note.
4. The 20 foot maintenance easement should be continued along the northern portion of
the lot.
