The City of Coppell will be accepting bids on the referenced project prior to May 26, 1998, 2:00
p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Plans and Specifications may be
obtained for a non-refundable cost of $50.00 from the Engineer, Huitt-Zollars, Inc., 3131
McKinney Avenue, Suite 600, Dallas, Texas. Sealed bids addressed to the Purchasing Agent,
City of Coppell, Texas for At-Grade Rail Crossing and Traffic Signal Installations: Fairway
Drive at Belt Line Road ST 96-04 will be received in the Purchasing Office at the City of
Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 26, 1998. The
Scope of Work is generally as follows:
This work shall consist of the installation of an at-grade rail crossing, paving, drainage,
and traffic signal improvements on Fairway Drive at Belt Line Road. Work shall include
all components necessary for "turn key" installation of all improvements shown on the
construction plans for ST 96-04.
