The update site plan we received a few days ago shows some changes we need to include in our
plans as noted below:
TRACT C: 14.616 Acres
1 .-) At the east property line of building 2, the distances from the property line to the curb and
from the curb to the building were modified to 10 feet and 108 feet 6 inches, instead 18 feet 6
inches and 100 feet we had shown before.
2.-) The distance between the left side of building 4 and the curb was modified from 91 feet 6
inches to 100 feet.
TRACT B: 16.172 Acres
1.-) At the north west side of building 1, the parking area was modified for additional
landscape.
2.-) Near the north east drive the parking con.figurations was modified to show a larger curb
radius.
3.-) The City Fire Depa~t;aen! required to add a fire hydrant at the west side of building 1. The
new site plari shows 4 new bollards.
