Discrepancies/comments:
A deck inspection was conducted on the above listed location on 10-02-97.
After repairs were made the following results were found.
1) Nail spacing was found to comply.
2) Side lap screws were installed and found ~o comply.
3) Deck support perimeter angle is installed and found to comply.
4) Decking was found to be secured on this date 10-02-97.
