Anchor bolts, grid line 2 to 6, column line B to J. Bolts were found
to be in compliance after correction were made.
Reinspection of report dated 09-16-97
Metal roof deck, grid line 8 to 15, column line B to F: After this
reinspection it was noted that the metal roof deck referenced above
has been properly attached to supports. Hilti fastening system was
used. This is as of this inspection. Side lap screws have been installed.
