1) Joist to panel welds comply.
*2) Joist to joist girder welds and bearing comply except three missed
welds along line 2.
3) Joist girder to panel welds and bearing comply.
4) Joist girder to column welds and bearing comply.
5) Bridging installed.
6) Deck support angle not installed.
Deck Inspection
Deck inspection was performed and found to be non-compliant due to
various loose areas.
