"FILED" by the Dallas County Clerk's Office. According to the title company, the plat was
recorded in Volume 95017, Page 00398 of the Dallas County Real Property Records.
Previously, we delivered to you a check in the amount of $48,730.00 from
Commonwealth Title Company as the escrow funds for improvements to Wrangler Drive.
Delivery of these copies completes the instructions you gave. In order to evidence that your
