City Engineer/Assistant City Manager City of Coppell 225 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Park West Commerce Center Replat of Block 5, 6 & part of 7 Dear Ken: This letter is to confirm the escrow arrangement concerning the release of the referenced plat. Pursuant to our conversation, you are releasing the plat to me with the instructions not to release the plat for recording until a check is tendered to me by the title company in the amount of the money to be placed into escrow for the improvements to Wrangler Drive. Upon receipt of the replat, I will hold such replat until such time that the Commonwealth Title Company provides me with a check for the funds necessary for Wrangler Drive as specified in your letter of January 24, 1995. Upon receipt of the check, I will tender the replat to Commonwealth Title Company with the instructions to record the replat prior to the recording of the deed whereby the subject property is conveyed by Park West Commerce Center, LLC. Upon receipt of the funds for Wrangler Drive, I will deliver or have delivered such check to you promptly. In response to your letter of January 24, 1995, at this time, we do not know the meter sizes for the proposed facility. If you are in agreement with these instructions, please execute below so that we may proceed. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to call me.
