ANALYSIS: This replat fits the general configuration of the long range plan for this
area of the City and is generally supported by staff. Engineering's
comment relative to the construction time-table for Wrangler Drive is
appropriate, and careful thought needs to be given to ultimate north south
circulation through this development.
