between 15 to 22.
Discrepancies/comments:
Visual inspection was performed on the above referenced project and
the results were noted.
1) Joist welds to joist girder connections- Welds comply. Reference
detail 05, sheet S5.1.
*2) Joist at expansion joint, grid line 15, reference detail 07, sheet
S5.1- Visual inspection revealed non-compliant, washers not being
installed under nut.
3) Joist welds to panel connections, reference detail 03, sheet S5.1-
Visual inspection of .these welded connections revealed compliance.
4) Joist girder welds to column cap connections, reference detail 04,
sheet S5.1- Visual inspection revealed compliance.
a) 2x2xl/4xl'-6" each side of the girder installed and welds meet
contract documents.
5) Joist girder (free side) to column cap- Visual inspection revealed
compliance to detail 12, sheet S5.1 and detail 11, sheet E4.
*6) Welder certifications- Not all submitted at this inspection
* Discrepancies noted
