Per my conversation with Larry Davis and Lee Stone, Prentiss Properties has completed
all outstanding issues on thc above referenced project. At th~s Time we would like to
request that the City of Coppell issue a permanent Certificate of Occupancy for our
tenants, Miller Freeman and Strategic Systems.
In addition, we request that the $57,125.00 placed in escrow for landscape be released
back to PPL. Please make the check payable to:
