Phase II Wrangler S~rect Berm
Dear Alex:
Per my conversation yesterday wtth Larry Darts, it appears that the Wrangler Slreet
contractor is refusing To honor his deal with Everett Hall. As you recall, the City's
contractor had requested permission To place his street overburden on our property
perimeter which he would grade into a berm feature. We agreed and they in fact did this
on Phase 1. I-Iowcver, on Phase I1 They placed the material but never completed the
grading.
Please have Everet! Hall pal~e their supcrintgndent at 214/314-4504 to see if he can get
them to honor their end of the deal.
In addition, Larry Davis has indicated to me that our silt fence was installed on City
property. In order for their contractor to finish their work they would like us to relocate
the silt fence.
Your immediate anentton to this matter would be apprectated.
