Beltline, Coppell, TX Dear Michael: This letter serves to document our conversations yesterday and in the past regarding the turn lane off Beltline and our Certificate of Compliance for the above referenced project. It is Prentiss Properties' understanding that the City of Coppell will not deny our project a temporary Certificate of Compliance if the southbound mm lane from Beltline to Wrangler is incomplete, provided the work is progressing satisfactorily with imminent completion assured. We feel reasonably confident that this work will be complete on or by May 1, 1999 in conjunction With our May 3, 1999 tenant occupancy. However, should the weather or the relocation of public utilities delay our progress we may not be complete until later in May. Per my discussion with Larry Davis this morning, we will notify the City in writing if we are delayed and what our new anticipated completion date will be. Please call if you have any questions.
