Per o~x conversation today, KLS has completed the transplanting of the crape myrtles in
conflibt with the above refcrcncexl berm. Thc ~rca is now ready for excavation down to a
3:1 slope per the City of Coppell requirements. Please schedule the necessary equipment
and p~rsonnel and make arrangements with the City of Coppell to execute this work. In
additign, notify Smitty at IBM at least 24 hours m advance so he can notify IBM
employees. If possible, please schedule the work for a Saturday to mitigate traffic
cOnfliCts.
