Attached is a copy of the approval letter we received from DART for the Fairway Drive
project. Also attached are three copies of DART' s "Standard Construction Agreement
and Contractor's Right of Entry" for the project which must be executed by the successful
bidder for the project and sent to DART along with evidence of insurance prior to any
construction beginning.

Fairway Drive at Belt Line Road
Dear Mr. Roberts:
DART has completed its review of the referenced construction plans dated January 28, 1998. We
have no objections to the plans as proposed. Please forward DART's standard Construction
Agreement and Contractor's Right of Entry to the City's contractor to sign, complete and return
to DART together with evidence of insurance to satisfy the requirements contained therein. No
work within DART property is authorized until these documents are properly executed and the
insurance is approved by DART.
