Need to have a letter of permission to connect to the existing private 8" fireline to the north of this development. 1. The proposed driveway at the southwest comer needs to be a minimum of 90' from existing driveway. 2. Need to dimension driveway widths. All widths should conform to City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinanceo 3. All public waterlines must not fall underneath private paving. 4. Need to use the existing mutual access easement at the ff6i:fli~st e°mer of the property and eliminate the proposed driveway at the northeast comer.
