Replat Comments
1. Show the dimension of the right-of-way on Belt Line Road at the right turn lane onto
Wrangler Dr.
2. Impact fees will be required.
Site Plan Comments
3. Provide dimension for free right mm lane at Wrangler Dr. and for the median opening and
left mm lane on Belt Line Road.
4. Show the location of the existing driveways on the south side of Wrangler Drive.
5. Provide dimensions of all driveways and radius.
6. Provide ADA ramps at all driveways
7. Provide a 8' wide brick paver band across the driveways intersecting Denton Tap Road.
8. Please relocate driveway at southeast comer of site further west. It will be a problem in
the future.
9. Will this fire lane tie into the fn'e lane to the north? If so, they should align.
Utility Plan Comments

14. The proposed storm sewer across the front of the proposed development needs to be
extended north of proposed north driveway.
