Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection on the roof level metal deck
installation. The following was inspected.
A reinspection was performed between lines A to G and 1 to 10
on the following items.
a. Side lap screws were now determined to be compliant_z
b. Puddle welds, twelve (12) locations, were found to still
be non-compliant.
An initial inspection was performed between lines G to L and
1 to 10 on the following items.
Side lap screws were determined to be compliant.
Puddle welds, two (2) locations, were found to be
non-compliant.
