Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. The following items have
been inspected on the roof level framing.
Between column lines G to L and 1 to 10:
1. Column anchor bolts unable to visually inspect because block
outs full of water.
2. Joist and joist girder seat welds determined to be compliant.
3. Joist bridging determined to be compliant.
4. Welded connections at beam double clip to tilt wall embed
plates, welds determined to be compliant.
5.Bolted connections, missing bolts found at column cap plate
to beam along line I-2 to I-3. -
6. Perimeter metal deck support angle not complete at this time.
Between column lines G to A and 1 to 10:
1. Metal deck installation, non-compliant puddle welds and
side lap screws were marked accordingly with red paint.
