This report addresses the activities for the period of June 14 through 20, 1995. During the referenced period, a total of 45 field density tests were taken on the "select" fill placed within the building pad and on storm sewer backfill. Test results are shown on Plates 1 and 2. Where tested, materials were found to be in compliance with project specifications. Construction of piers was initiated on June 14, 1995. Pier construction was observed and the piers were found to be in compliance with project plans and specifications. Pier designations and depths are shown on plates 3 through 5. Samples of the pier concrete were obtained on a daily basis.
