This License Agreement is needed for the installation of a 12" wastewater main (sanitary sewer line) which will
cross Belt Line Road and the Dallas Area Rapid Trnn-~it (DART) Railroad. The sanitary sewer line is to be .
constructed with the development of Gunner Addition which will be located on cast Belt Line Road across from
Fairway Drive (see exhibit). The proposed 12" sani~ry sewer line will connect to an existing 33" sanitary
sewer line on the north side of the DART Railroad.
