COMMENT STATUS: ./'PRELIMINARY
1. Provide utility easement for proposed water vaults on Belt Line Road and Airline Drive.
2. Provide a note stating "Sidewalks to be installed by property owner at the request of the City
Engineer".
3. As per the Belt Line Road plans, the proposed driveway location of the southerly driveway
is in conflict with low point curb inlets. Therefore, this driveway should be moved north
of the inlet.
4. Show the location of the existing driveways on Airline Drive.
5. Impact fees will be required.
