Dear Mr. Collins:
Enclosed are the required 2 sets of signed and sealed engineering plans for Lakeview
Center. I also have the following responses to your comments on the previous submittal;
· copy of letter from geotechnical engineer deleting lime stabilization requirement.
· water plan has been submitted to City Fire Marshall, we have requested comments
from Travis Crump several times, but as of today 8-13-98 we have not received a
response.
· copy of letter from Prentiss Properties concerning fire line connection
· easements are shown around all valve boxes and vaults
· the slope is shown on all sanitary sewer lines
· elevations were added to show clearance between the gas line and sewer service
