On the paving and dimensional control sheet, 6" of lime-stabilized subgrade will be required under all paving as per the City Subdivision Ordinance. All fire hydrant locations need to be approved by the City Fire Marshall, Travis Crump. He can be reached at (972) 304-3503. Need to submit a letter of agreement fi:om adjacent property owner to the City indicating permission to tie into the water line of the property to the north, and that this agreement extends to future owners of each property. Show 20'x20' easements around all valve boxes and vaults. Show the grade on all proposed sanitary sewer lines. Provide a note stating "Left-mm lane to be constructed as per City of Coppell Construction Standards." Need to verify that the sanitary sewer service connection to the 12" line to the south can be made without interfering with the existing gas line. Each plan sheet needs to be sealed and signed by a registered professional engineer. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, these marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
