The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following

On the paving and dimensional control sheet, show the proposed paving cross-sections as
meeting the requirements of the City Subdivision Ordinance.
Need to provide drainage areas and flow values for discharge onto Beltline and Wrangler
All fire hydrant locations need to be approved by the City Fire Marshall, Travis Crump.
He can be reached at (972) 304-3503.
Relocate the fire hydrant at the northeast comer of the property to prevent its extension
beneath private paving, or make it a private fire hydrant.
Need to submit a letter of agreement to the City indicating permission to tie into the water
line of the property to the north, and that this agreement extends to future owners of each
property.
All public utility lines need to be located in either City right-of-way or in an easement.
The proposed driveways on Wrangler Drive must be a minimum of 100' apart as per City
Subdivision Ordinance.
Provide locations and size of domestic and irrigation meters.
Show the grade on all proposed sanitary sewer lines.
Provide a drainage calculation table showing Intensity, C-value, and Q100 to support
values shown on drainage area map.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, these marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be resubmitted to the City for
