Dear Mr. Martin:
Lone Star Pipeline Company has no objection to the proposed abandonment of the 7.5 foot
utility easement at the back of this properB', it is understood that the abandonment will have
no effect on the pipeline easement on the east side of the property, running north and south,
through which runs an eighteen-inch natural gas pipeline owned and operated by Lone Star
Pipeline Company. The 7.5 foot utility easement overlaps the pipeline easement at the
northeast corner of the property.
I trust this answers your questions, if I can be of further assistance, please let me know.
