* 1.) Column anchors, unable to inspect due to block outs being full of water.
*2.) Joist bridging not complete at side walls.
*3.) Perimeter deck support angle not complete at wall splices. 4.) Joist seat welds determined to be compliant.
5.) Joist girder seat welds at column cap plates and wall pockets determined to be compliant.
6.) Joist seat support lugs at tilt wall embed plates, welds determined to be compliant.
*7.) Joist seat bolted connections at expansion joint (line 7) not complete at slip side.
