Dear Alex:
Per my conversations with Larry Davis, the following items are still outstanding and need
to be completed before he will issue a final acceptance letter.
1. Control wire for traffic signals along Beltline was cut during excavation of the
median turn land and needs to be repaired immediately.
2. "As built" information needs to be relayed to Dennis Chovan so he can revise his
drawings accordingly and resubmit to the City.
3. The berm at the Beltline Road southbound right turn lane must not have a slope
that exceeds 3:1.
4. All testing reports need to be sent to Larry Davis and Lee Stone.
Items 1 and 2'are BCI's responsibility and need to be rectified immediately. Item 3 is
currently being evaluated by PPL. HBC has been instructed to copy and transmit the
testing reports in Item 4.
Please notif3,' me irranediately when Items 1 and 2 are complete.
