HalffAssociates, Inc. 8616 Northwest Plaza Drive Dallas, Texas 75225 RE: Parkwest Commerce Center Block 5, Lot 1 [Replat of Lot C, Block 5 & 6) IBM Call Center Dear Mr. Chovan: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following commems to offer: 1. Provide plat with plans. 2. Provide 8' wide brick paver band for southern driveway on Belt Line Road. 3. Use double rows of white buttons instead of jiggle bars for left mm lane and deceleration lane. 4. Provide concrete collar at all storm drainage pipe size changes. 5. Provide brick pavers or concrete at both median noses to notch median noses along Belt Line Road. 6. Indicate where I values come from. 7. Provide easement for proposed irrigation meter so that the meter can be located out of the way of the furore sidewalk on Belt Line Road. 8. Provide temporary erosion control in proposed channel. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
