This letter serves as a formal acknowledgment from Prentiss Properties Limited (PPL) that
we are proceeding with construction of our entrance driveway off Airline at our own risk
prior to formal approval from the City of Coppell. We further acknowledge that any
corrections or changes required by the City of Coppell's plan review will be incorporated
into the construction at PPL's cost.
