FOR VALUE RECEIVED, and pursuant to that Option to Purchase dated as of
February 16, 1996, between the undersigned and Premiss Properties Limited, Inc., who
assigned its interest thereunder to Premiss Properties Acquisition Partners, L.P. ("Buyer"),
regarding the property described in attached Exhibit A, the undersigned hereby assigns to
Buyer the street impact fe~ credit, if any, granted by the City of Copp¢ll to the undersigned
equal to 75°/~ of the street impact fee attrlbutable to the property
This assignment is made with no representation or warranty as to the availabili,,y of the
street impact credit with respect to the property, and the undersigned shall not be liable in
the event no credit is or ever becomes available.
