Re: IBM Call Center Wrangler Drive and Beltline Road Dear Michael: As discussed in our meeting on Friday, September 12 we are planning to develop Lot 2, Block 5 of Park West Commerce Center, into a 150,000 sfoffice center for a Fortune 500 company. We also understand that plans for the Paving and Drainage improvements along Wrangler Drive will not be completed until some time in 1998. Since our site has a major contribution to the drainage system currently being designed for Wrangler Drive, and will most probably be constructed prior to any improvements being completed by the City, there may be an opportunity for some cost sharing and savings between the City and ourselves.
