Dear Mr. Griffin:
As y-'ou are aware, we are within 45 days of sitework commencing on this project. 1 have calculated
the roadway impact fee for a 320,000 square foot "General Light Industrial" project to be
S101,760.00. We understand we have credits allowing us to reduce this fee by 75%, meaning our
actual net roadway impact fee will be $25,440.00.
We request that the city confi~ that the calculations shown in ~e previous paragraph are co~ect
and if they ~e. what is the payment process? Will we be invoiced prior to the mayor signing the
plat? ~
Your help in clari~'ing this issue will ~ greatly appreciated.
