Replat Comments
1. Need variance to waive the requirement of installation of sidewalks adjacent to street
right-of-way with a note on the replat stating that the sidewalk to be installed at the
request of the City Engineer.
These are informational comments and should have no bearing on the approval of the plat:
2. Water, sanitary sewer and roadway impact fees will be required.
3. Any driveways onto Belt Line Road will be required to have 8' wide brick paver band
with brick pavers in handicap ramps.
