1. Dedicate right-of-way for south bound deceleration lane (12'x200') at Wrangler/Belt
Line.
2. Show fire lanes, visibility triangle easements at all driveways.
3. Water, sanitary sewer and roadway impact fees will be required.
4. Provide Floodplain Administrator's signature block.
Site Plan
1. Show medians on Belt Line Road.
2. Show fire lanes.
3. Construct deceleration lanes at all driveways off of Belt Line (100' storage w/100'
transition 12' wide).
4. Provide south bound deceleration lane 12' wide (100' storage w/100' transition) at Belt
Line Road/Wrangler Drive.
5. Provide 45' x 45' corner clip at Belt Line/Wrangler.
6. Provide 40' radius for trucks at driveways adjacent to loading docks.
7. Provide water, wastewater and drainage plans.
8. Any driveways onto Beltline will be required to have brick pavers.
