1. Dedicate right-of-way for north bound deceleration lane (12'x200') at
Southwestern/Freeport Pkwy for future use.
2. Provide the floodplain administrator's block.
3. Provide drainage easement for the system needed to convey drainage from the west per
the Gateway Business Park plans designed by Halff in 1992.
